Safety shut-off valves of the PKN type (PKV) 50, 100 and 200 are designed to stop the supply of gas to the consumer when the controlled pressure exits the set limits of regulation and installation in hydraulic fracturing and GRU. They are manufactured in climatic version U, category 4 according to GOST15150-69. They are available in two versions: low (PKN) and high (PKV) pressure.
PKE-50, PKE-100, PKE-200
Shut-off valves PKNe and PKVe are designed for hermetically shutting off the supply of non-aggressive hydrocarbon gases in automatic control systems of gas-using devices. The connection to the pipeline is flanged (according to GOST 12817).
Remote shut-off of the gas flow is carried out by applying a 220V actuation voltage to the electromagnetic actuator, while the armature of the actuator drives the rocker arm, removing it from engagement with the hammer pin. As a result, the solenoid valve is blocked.
Safety shut-off valves with EIM of the PKNe and PKVe brands are manufactured in the climatic version of GOST 15150 (from -40oC to +40oC), and in standard sizes - with a conditional passage DN 50, DN 100, DN 200 of low (PKNe) or high (PKVe) controlled pressure.
